Rose Marie Harbin died May 9, 2003, at her home in Auburn. She was 62.

Born February 11, 1941, in Highmore, S.D., she lived in Auburn for 27 years.

Mrs. Harbin worked at Mount Baker Middle School in Auburn as a cook for 10 years. She was active in numerous Auburn activities and enjoyed crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton Cottrill and Esther Vandenberg; and brother, Leonard Cottrill. She is survived by her husband, Michael F. Harbin of Auburn; sons, Michael J. McBride of Federal Way, Rocky McBride of Tacoma, Michael M. McBride of Sumner, David McBride of Edgewood, Adam McBride of Spokane, Michael F. Harbin Jr. of Sumner; daughters, Lori McBride of Lynnwood and Michelle Williams of Puyallup; sister, Darlene Dalton of Highmore,South Dakota; and 13 grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. today at Price-Helton Funeral Home in Auburn. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Messiah Lutheran Church in Auburn.

Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the Auburn Relay Team.
