Rosie Collins Tilton, 91, died at 1:15 p.m., April 26, 1995, in Lost Creek Care Center.

She was born November 3, 1903 in Floyd County, Kentucky to Joshua and Merkie Patrick Oliver. On October 19, 1923, she married Burley Collins, who died July 6, 1953. On September 10, 1955, she married Joy L. Tilton, who died February 15, 1982.

Mrs. Tilton was a homemaker. She was a member of Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, Alger.

Survivors include two sons, Elmer Collins of Harrison, Arkansas and Russell Collins of Lima; four daughters, Francis (William) Gay of Bemidji, Minnesota, Nellie (Eugene) Fraley and Shirley (John) Carter, both of Lima, and Mamie (Jack) Hanthorn of Middle Point; a brother, James Cole of Ada; a sister, Roxie Strong of Alger; and 39 grandchildren; 87 great-grandchildren; and 31 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sibble Taylor; five sons, Charles Collins, Roy Collins, Gene Collins, Donnie Collins and Richard Collins; two grandsons; two great-granddaughters; five brothers; and three sisters.

Services will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger. The Rev. James Holbrook will officiate. Poem "I'm Free" will be read by grandson, Harold Taylor.

Burial will be in Preston Cemetery.
