Harold Edward Holstein of Fairfax County passed peacefully at home with his family on August 18, 2013 at the age of 74.

He was born on February 4, 1939 in Asheville, NC, and retired as a researcher for the Bureau of National Affairs.

He was survived by a sister, niece, nephews, great nephews, and one great niece. His other siblings previously passed.

Buddy did a great deal of work and research on Findagrave and enjoyed genealogy greatly.

Buddy's mother, Annie Belle, was a widow of two years and fell in love with a Mr. O'Kelly. She became pregnant with Buddy. Her other children were proud of their mother's courage to have her baby without support from Mr. O'Kelly. Buddy's half siblings were Virginia Evelyn, Louis Alonzo, Annie Laurie and Barbara Mae, and loved him dearly.
