Elizabeth Jane "Liza" Crampton died Nov. 27, 2001, at age 79.
Mrs. Crampton was born Elizabeth Jane Drishaus on May 1, 1922, in Omaha, Neb. In 1950, she moved to Portland. In 1951, she moved to West Linn. She was a homemaker. She was a historian and former president of the Derthick Music Club. In 1948, she married Dr. Lowell Stephen Devoe; he died in 1968. In 1969, she married Lawrence Eugene Crampton; he died in 1989.
Survivors include her sister, Dorothy Ann Babcock; niece, Linda E. Traeger; and nephew, Gary H. Babcock.
No service. Internment in River View Cemetery Mausoleum. Remembrances to Derthick Music Club. Arrangements by Hillside Chapel.
