Julia A. Neubecker, age 104, died at her home in West Branch on Saturday May 31, 2008 after a long illness. She was born on August 8, 1903 in Ogemaw County to John and Rose (Pauley) Neubecker.
Julia worked for J. L. Hudson Co. as a seamstress for many years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch and Catholic Christian Women.
Julia is survived by two sisters, Genevieve DeMatio of Richton Park, IL. and Sylvia Card of Rose City. Also many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by 3 brothers, Clyde, Floyd and Leon Neubecker and her sister Erma Sullivan.
The family will be receiving friend on Tuesday June 2, 2008 at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch From 4:00P.M. to 9:00P.M. The Scripture Service will be at 8:00P.M. on Tuesday evening. The funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 11:00A.M. from St. Joseph Catholic Church, West Branch. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
