On 11 Apr 1737 deed records show that Henry paid 50 pounds for land on the North side of the Pasquotank River to P Palmer. At that time the land was part of Pasquotank County in 1777 it became part of the newly formed Camden County.
Records show probate was started on Henry's estate in June 1758. His wife Dinah dies and in 1760 Henry's sons Jacob & Jeremiah take over the probate. In Henry's will he leaves his 100 acre plantation to his son Jeremiah.
Henry's burial location in present day Camden County is unknown. It probably was on a family farm cemetery. The local grave marker used at that time were wooden and they did not last long.
