Little Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Saye Died Here Sunday

Mary June Saye, aged three years, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. Newt Saye, at 1:20 o'clock Sunday morning following an illness of three days. Funeral services were conducted at 4 o'clock Monday afternoon at the East Athens Baptist Church by Rev. N.A. Hemrick, pastor of the Second Baptist Church and Rev. T.W. Tippett, pastor of the Prince Avenue Baptist Church.
Interment was in Oconee Hill cemetery, McDorman-Bridges funeral home in charge. The pallbearers were Messers Eldridge Smith, Delphie Wilson, Bernice Brooks and Marvin Hardy.
The little girl is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. Newt Saye, a brother, Bobbie Saye, her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Farr and Mrs. W.M. Saye, seven uncles,Messers, Roy Farr, High Point, N.C.; Bernard, James, Hugh and Harold Farr of Athens, Roy and Fred Saye of Athens; four Aunts, Mrs. I.T. Franklin, Clarkston, Misses Aileen, Nell and Helen Farr, Athens.
