Willie Ethel Streeter (b. 1919, d. 1983) was a recognized volunteer in Bloomington.
She was a 1989 inductee into the Monroe County Hall of Fame on which her plaque reads "Honors (Post-1946) Was a tireless volunteer who received the city of Bloomington's outstanding older volunteer award in 1983. Among her many projects were the senior citizens day event at College Mall and the Senior Citizens Garden Project. Both of which she was instrumental in founding."
