Paul Hardin WILLOUGHBY, 91 Chiefland, Fla., died at 3:45 p.m. a his home.
Born to Forest S. and Floss HARDIN WILLOUGHBY at Grass Creek he married Mildred JOHNSON. She died in 1987. He later married Wilma MOOREHOUSE in 1990. She survives at home.
Mr. Willoughby was an appraiser for the U.S. Government Small Business Bureau, Detroit, Mich. He was a member.of the Foreign and American Masonic Lodge 323, Elks Lodge 2139, Moose Lodge and Marathon Power Squadron, all of Marathon, Fla.
Survivors include three daughters, Carol and husband Edward BOATMAN, Rossville, Mich., Merna and husband Darl DAILY, Kewanna and Jane and husband Leon McINTIRE, Monticello; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, four stepchildren, Robert RAWLS Jacksonville, Fla., Vincent RAWLS, Maccleny, Fla., Vicki DesJEAN, Oneida, Tenn., and Vera E. RICH, Chiefland, Fla.; eight step grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two granddaughters.
Services are 1 p.m., Saturday Foster & Good Funeral Home Rochester. Rev. Jeff JONES will officiate. A memorial service by Rochester Masonic Lodge 79 will follow. Burial will be in Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call from noon through the hour of service Saturday.
