William Broughal, son of William Broughal and Rose Anne Broughal, formerly Reid, was born on 28 June 1892, at Edenderry, Kings Co. [now Offaly].
His father was a Boatman [ probably on the Grand Canal ]
His father died on 22 March 1908, aged 50
His mother died on 6 July 1908, aged 50
Death.
William Broughal, a bachelor, aged 21, From Edenderry, King's County, died on 14 November 1915, at Peamount Sanitorium, Newcastle, Co. Dublin.
The cause of death was Pulmonary Tuberculosis, 8 months, Haemoptosis, 5-10 hours, certified
In August 2010, his grave was unmarked.
It lies in a part of the cemetery which is "Common Ground", to the right of the 1916 Memorial.
