Michael Carr, aged 41, late of the Royal Infirmary, died at the Allan Ryan Hospital, Dublin, on 4 July 1916.
The cause of death was Pulmonary Tuberculosis, certified.
The informant of his death was a member of the staff of the hospital, who registered it on 5 July 1916.
The Alan Ryan Home/Hospital was located in Ringsend, where it was thought that fresh sea air might be beneficial to those who were ill.
