John Blissett, aged 22, a bachelor, of 7, Alfred Street,[unclear], Nottingham, a Private in the 2/7 Battalion of The Notts & Derby Regiment, previously a Saddler, died at Sir Patrick Dun's Hospital, Grand Canal Street, Dublin, on 28 April 1916.
The cause of death was Gunshot Wound in the Right Thigh.
His death was registered by a member of the hospital staff on 19 August 1916.
