Russian cossack, personal guard to the Russian Dowager Empress Maria Feodorovna. His father, I. Xenophon led his pedigree from the Zaporozhye Cossacks Chernigov province, resettled to the Kuban. After the revolution of 1917, he followed the Empress to her native Denmark, where she lived the last years of her life. After her death in 1928, he remained in Denmark. With the money he was left according to the will of the Empress, he opened a store, where he continued to trade until his death.
