Mr. Bindley is survived by: two sons, Scott Bindley of Dansville, N.Y. and Eric Bindley of Starke; seven brothers, Duane Bindley of Richmond, Va., Dennis Bindley of Madison, Wis., Jerry Bindley of Blountsville, Tenn., Steven Bindley and David Bindley, both of California, Robert Bindley of Texas and Dayl Bindley of Wisconsin; five sisters, Janet Platt and Joan Hill, both of Wisconsin, Nancy Hodorowski of Mequon, Wisc. and Elizabeth Witte of Mt. Hoerb, Wisc.
