BALLARD, FREDDIE M. Born June 25, 1949 in Deport, Texas to Raymond and Lillie Ballard and passed away May 16, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. He was employed by the Dallas Fire Department for many years. Preceded in death by his parents Lillie & Raymond, his brother Donnie Joe, and his sister Clara Jean Ballard Miller. Fred is survived by his wife, Deborah Ballard; sons, Chris Ballard and wife Tracy, Spencer Ballard and wife Jodie; and grandchildren, Mackenzie Ballard, John Ryan Ballard, and Jacob Ballard. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm, Thursday, May 17th at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, May 18th at Restland Memorial Park in the garden of Devotion.
