I remember my Uncle Foy being so much fun to be around. One of my fondness memories is when my brother and I were small and we would visit him and Tootsie. We would run up to Uncle Foy and jump up into his arms and he would swing us around upside down. He would then take turns in throwing my brother and me up in the air and catching us.
