Maxine Herron was my mother. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was always laughing (I called it 'cackling') about something. Her personality reminded me of Granny on The Beverly Hillbillys; she was always singing when she thought that no one else was around, and when she was mad at one of us kids, she even did the same little dance and yell that Granny did before she found a switch.. and here she'd come! I miss you Mom. We all do.
