The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. John Hedgepeth. Burial will be in LaFayette Memorial Park.
Mr. Taylor is survived by a son, Dwayne Taylor of Fayetteville; a stepson, Johnnie Blackwell of Saginaw, Mich.; two stepdaughters, Shiela Nelson of Bay City, Mich., and Angie Coptsias of Fayetteville; a brother, Elworth Taylor of Autryville; six sisters, Nancy Browning of Jumping Branch, W.V.a, Thelma Strickland, Clister Hairr, Elsie Fisher, JoAnn Winders and Wanda Howell, all of Fayetteville; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
