Edward F. Lybolt III, age 55, of Grovetown, GA, formerly of Middletown, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2004 at Doctor's Hospital, Augusta, GA.
Edward was born in Middletown, NY on December 15, 1948, the son of Edward F. Lybolt Jr. and Cora Esther Green Lybolt Rasmussen.
He attended the Open Arms Community Church, Gravetown, GA. He retired as a maintenance worker at Middletown Psychiatric Center Middletown, NY. He owned and operated Lybolt's Auto Body in Middletown. An avid and knowledgeable hunter and fisherman, he was a former member of Otisville Sportsmen Association.
He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Elaine Lybolt of Bronx and Tarah Brooke Lybolt of Otisville; his sister, Gail Lybolt Roberto and her husband, Joseph F. of Middletown; his step-father Peter H. Rasmussen of Middletown; his uncle, William R. Green Sr., of Lugoff S.C.; cousins, nieces and a nephew.
Friends are invited to join the family for internment of Edwards cremains in the family plot. Graveside services Saturday November 13, 2004 at 10 AM at Wallkill Cemetery, Phillipsburg, New York with the Reverend Daniel Hulseapple officiating.Donations in Edward's name may be made to The American Heart Association, 419 East Main Street, Middletown, NY 10940. Arrangements are under the guidance of Morse Funeral Home Inc., Middletown, NY.
