A member of Calvary Baptist Church, Albany, Ga., she also was a member of the Eastern Star, United Daughters of the Confederacy, Daughters of the American Revolution, Colonial Dames, First Families of Georgia, Daughters of the American Colonists, Dames of the Court of Honor, Sons and Daughters of Pilgrims, National Society of Colonial Dames XVII, National Society of Daughters of 1812 and the National Society of Southern Dames. Survivors: husband, Henry; sons, Charles Johnny Sapp, Leesburg, Ga., Raymond ''Tim'' L., Homestead; daughters, Beverly J. Barlow, Florence, Ala., Billie Rosenia Lansing, Fitzgerald, Ga.; brother, Elmo T. Israel, Albany; sisters, Pearl Haskey, Rebecca, Ga., Clara V.
