Richard T. Schaddelee

Richard T. Schaddelee, 74, of Frankfort, died April 6, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Laura G (nee Bosgraaf); daughter Karen (Jeff) Dalton; sons Phillip (Marsha), Daniel (Patricia) and Rick (Kristin); sister Janet S.; brother John (Nancy); sister-in-law Mary (Grant) Steeve; brother-in-law David (Joyce) Bosgraaf; 8 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Richard was a teacher's aide at Lincoln-Way High School, a member of the Frankfort Volunteer Fire Department for 15 years, a fire department trustee, a deacon of the former Frankfort Baptist Church and an employee of the Frankfort Park District.

Visitation was from 2-9 p.m. Friday, April 9, at Gerardi Funeral Home in Frankfort. His funeral was 10 a.m. Saturday, April 10, at the funeral home. Interment was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
