Mr. James Alsan Bellard, 66, of Eunice, Louisiana passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 in Austin, Texas.
He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alsan and Lelia Citizen Bellard, his brother, Rogers Bellard Sr., sisters, Mary Lelia Bellard and Frances B. Kraft.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Kathi Webb Bellard; sons, Dr. Alsan Bellard Jr. of Washington D.C., Michael and Brady Webb of Austin, Texas; brother Frank (Shirley) Bellard of Alexandria, sisters, Regina Bushnell of Elton and Corina Johnson of Lake Charles.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date determined by the family in Austin, Texas.
