Anna Maude Babcock, 64, of 2132 Central Ave., who was a stenographer for the Emigration and Naturalization Service from 1947 until 1969, died Saturday in her home.
Born in Bridger, a daughter of Jay and Anna S. Babcock, she attended Bearcreek High School and Billings Business College, then worked in Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco. In 1977 she moved to Billings from Novato, Calif.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mrs. Fay Babcock of 230 Ave. D.; and a niece, Mrs. Ronald (Billie Joe) Harper of 120 Cherry St.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Bridger United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Bridger Cemetery with Michelotti-Sawyers West Chapel in charge.
