Woods Haney, 67, died Tuesday morning at 6:30 o'clock at his home on Adams Street following an illness of three weeks. He was born in Somerset March 19, 1885, and spent his entire life here. His wife was the former Miss Mollie Rutherford of Pleasant Hill.
Mr. Haney had been a creamery employee for many years and was an industrious and conscientious worker. He had many friends throughout the community and was a good citizen.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home with Rev. CN Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the City Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, one daughter, Miss Mary Brinson, Somerset, and two brothers W.M. Haney of Somerset, and Jim Haney of Cincinnati.
