Ivan Denton Randall, 62, a former resident of Livingston, died on Sunday, November 11, 1990, in Kooskia, Idaho. Ivan was born January 14, 1928 in Somerset, Kentucky to the late Colonel Rufus Denton Randall and Mary Melda Adams Randall.
On November, 19, 1945 Ivan enlisted in the army as Private, and in 1946 his father passed away. On March 12, 1951 Ivan married Juanita in Somerset , Kentucky. To this union, four children were born. Ivan and Juanita lived in many places, including Kentucky, Indiana, California, and Montana. Ivan worked many years as a handyman, and rancher, and was often found tinkering under the hood of a car. He was an ornery, but kind hearted man who was well known for taking in stray pets, such as his favorite dogs, Kibbles and Bits.
Ivan is preceded in death by an infant sister, infant brother Rufus Denton Randall, brothers Freddie Randall, and Omer Jesse Randall; and his father Rufus Denton Randall. He is also preceded in death by his infant son Ivan Denton Randall Jr; who passed in 1956, and his step father Joshua Dobkins.
