The funeral for Adria Hope Cook Phillips, 28 of Woodward, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2008, at First United Methodist Church, Woodward. The Rev. Aaron Martin will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Woodward. Arrangements are by Billings Funeral Home, Woodward.
She was born June 2,1979 in Shattuck to Richard Rudd and Billie Jo Bay Cook and died Sunday, March 23, 2008 at her home.
She was raised and educated in Shattuck, Woodward, Fargo and graduated from Gage High School in 1997. She received her licensed practical nurse certificate from High Plains Technology Center and worked for Woodward Hospital and Dialysis Center.
She married Martin Shane "Marty" Phillips, Sept. 11,2004 in Las Vegas. They made their home in Woodward. She was a homemaker and an avid artist.
Surviving are her husband Marty, of the home; one son Dylan Corgan of the home; her parents Richard and Billie Cook of Woodward; one sister Amy Tune of Woodward; one brother Kris Cook of Woodward; her grandmother Beverly Kuhlman and husband Jerry of Shattuck; one stepson, Matthew Phillips of Woodward, and one granddaughter.
