Looked at his grave site at Leesville Cemetery. The large headstone which says LAMBERT is still there. The footstone, with Leroy's name and dates, is there, but it's been pulled out of the ground and is stacked behind the headstone. There's a depression in the ground where the grave was. You can tell it's been dug up recently.
If you go through the northernmost gate on Kurthwood Road, the one right next to the beige house, Leroy's is the first grave on the right, just inside the gate.
