Her parents were Jacob Elliott and Mary Peck. She was born and married to Joseph in Falmouth, Cornwall, England. Since he was born in America, he must have traveled back to England. Joseph followed his brothers to Springfield, NY by 1800, when he was listed in the census there with four girls under 10 years in the household. He and Mary were admitted to membership in the Springfield First Baptist Church 12 Oct 1811, and dismissed 15 Feb 1816. He was listed in the census in 1820, but not in 1830.
