Wolford Clyde (W.C.) Arrington Jr., 76, of Ridgeway, passed from this life on Monday, December 14, 2015, at his home. He was born in Henry County on October 12, 1939 to the late Wolford Clyde Arrington Sr. and Esther Wright Arrington. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Edna A. Marshall, and Violet A. Turner, brothers, James "Sonny" Arrington, Randolph Arrington and Carroll Arrington.

He attended Drewry Mason High School, served his country in the United States Air Force, was a charter member of the Horsepasture Volunteer Fire Department and served as long as his health permitted. He was a retired Henry County Building Inspector, loved playing golf and in his younger years baseball. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 55 years, Iva Robertson Arrington; his daughter, Julie A. Waddell and her husband Mark; grandchildren, Corey P. Waddell, Kasey L. Waddell, Stephanie W. Lewis and her husband Lee; great-granddaughter, Charlee Ruth Lewis; and several nieces; and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at McKee-Stone Funeral Home at 2 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service or other times at the home in Ridgeway. The Rev. Douglas T. Ramsey will officiate the service with the assistance of Pastors Tim Harville and Derek Futrell. Interment will follow at Roselawn Burial Park.

Pallbearers will be Mark Waddell, Corey Waddell, Kasey Waddell, Stephanie Lewis, Lee Lewis, R.E. Turner, Ralph Morris and Robert Grogan. Honorary Pallbearers will be Horsepasture Volunteer Fire Department members.
