Corporal Ed Cloyd served Company G, 111th Ammunition Train, 36th Division in WWI entering service on April 13, 1917 at McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. He was the son of L. M. Cloyd and trained at Camp Bowie, Texas. Ed served overseas for 9 months and was mustered out March 31, 1919.
