She was born June 11, 1939 in Hubbard, Ohio to Alfred George Welch, Sr. and Agnes Lucille (Camp) Welch.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Arnold Boyd (father of her sons Dennis and Jeffery), her second husband Willard Joseph Denney (father of her step daughters Shirley and Denise), her parents Alfred and Agnes Welch and brother William Ross Welch.
She is survived by sons Dennis Boyd and Jeffery Boyd (Kymberli), step daughters Shirley Schlichting (Jeffery) and Denise Guehlstorff (James), grandchildren Trevor Jones Boyd, Kayla Boyd, Emily Schlichting, Eric Schlichting (Madeline), Rebecca Longacre (Nathaniel), Rebecca Hoo (Daniel), great grandchildren Lason, Reyna and Kailee Hoo and Ashlee Longacre, brothers John C. Welch (Faye), Robert Welch (Florence), Al Welch (Alice) and sister JoAnn Seiler (Rodney) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home at Canyon Lake on Sunday from 4 pm until 8 pm. The funeral service will be conducted at 3 pm on Monday, March 2, 2015 at Cranes Mill Baptist Church at Canyon Lake. Interment will follow at Cranes Mill Cemetery.
