At the time of her death, she was employed as a real estate agent. She was an active member of the Aurora Elks Lodge.
Sue Ellen was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are: her husband, Michael Baird; son, Kellen Baird of Aurora, Colorado; and brothers, James Brown, Thomas Brown, and Jack Brown, all of Nebraska; aunt and uncle, Ruth and Jim Miesner of Oberlin, Kansas; and a host of friends and relatives.
