Betty J. Brown, of Red Lion, entered into God's eternal care October 24, 2010. She was the loving wife of the late Glenn R. Brown who died May 5, 2003 and the late L. Burnell Haines who died October 10, 1965.
Born July 2, 1930, in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Lettie M. (Shue) Eichelberger.
Betty was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Hanover, the Historical Society of York County, and the South Central Pennsylvania Genealogical Society.
She is survived by three children, Randy S. Haines of Felton, Brad E. Haines of Wrightsville, Rebecca H. Kerstetter of Bainbridge Island, WA; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers, Ralph, Earl, Claude, Martin, George, Robert, and Albert; and three sisters, Pearl, Martha, and Emma.
Interment was in York Road Cemetery, Hanover.
