Jim moved to Southern California with his foster parents Mr. and Mrs Louin Henry of Loma Linda, CA after his father passed way in 1921...he worked at the Loma Linda Sanitarium as a bellboy...later he was working as a salesman for cookie companies and then Schillings selling to grocery stores....during WWII he worked in the offices of an aircraft company...and then bought a cafe in Santa Ana and ran it for several years, when some customers talked him into joining Waddell & Reed selling mutual funds...which he did in 1949 and was very successful in that field in the late 50's he formed his own Investment business in Santa Ana...Wright Investment Co....of which he ran until he passed...
