engaged in the general merchandise business but retires some years ago. He is a
grandson of Colonel Moses Rawlings, a old soldier of the Revolutionary War and
son of the late Judge Moses Rawlings. Brothers and sisters surviving: Lloyd R.
Rawlings of Oakland MD; William L Rawlings of Cumberland MD; George M & Newton M
Rawlings of Potomac MD; Moses Rawlings of St Louis MO; A. C. Rawlings and Mrs
Randolph Sprigg of Rawlings Station and Mrs Alex M King of Cumberland. The
funeral is tomorrow with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
