AN ASIDE: Bill was a friend from long ago in Northern Virginia where he operated a Limousine Service. He provided himself as driver and a BIG limo as a gift at my daughters wedding. Neither she nor I have ever forgot his generosity. He was a good man and will always remain in our memory.
