Rita Quintana Archuleta, 103, died April 5, 2012. She was born in El Cerrito, N.M. Preceded in death by husband, Ambrosio Archuleta; daughter, Mary Archuleta; and baby, Joseph Archuleta. Survived by her children, Nate (Rosalie) Archuleta, Irene (Carlos) Godinez, Crisela (Merlin) Vice and Maurice (Shelly) Archuleta; sister-in-law, Jesucita Quintana; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Rita was a member of the Legion of Mary and Altar Society. She loved to cook and bake for all of her family, friends and neighbors. She will be remembered for her generosity, kind spirit and strong faith and missed by many. Viewing, 10 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2012, followed by rosary service at 10:30 a.m.; funeral Mass immediately following, all held at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Joseph Building Fund at 1145 S. Aspen Road, Pueblo, CO 81006.
