Henry Frank Bennett was a farmer and plasterer as well as a talented fiddle player. He lived in southwestern Missouri during his childhood and through his first marriage, although the Bennetts regularly spent time in Indian Territory. After he and Hattie Ingram divorced, Frank moved to the new state of Oklahoma permanently. He married Lula Hill in 1910. They lived in a few different places in Hughes County before settling for good in the Penn West area of Holdenville on Commerce Street. Henry Frank Bennett died in 1941 after being hit by a car while crossing the street.
