Loving mother to William Riffey Jr. and Alexandra Keller Hurst. Anna was married to William Riffey Sr. and later to Melvin Keller. In addition to her children, she was survived by her sister, Dora and her brother, Gilbert.

Anna was a definite "free spirit" who found great joy and satisfaction in helping others, particularly those who were homeless. She would invite them to dinner, help them to find a job, whatever they needed. Having grown up in an orphanage made her very appreciative of the things that many take for granted.

Intelligent and yet down to earth, Anna was not only a mom but a friend to her children and they felt safe and secure in sharing their cares and concerns with her. A favorite memory is of her joining in with her kids in playing on the playground. She had the wonderful ability to enjoy the joys of childhood even as an adult.

Her favorites included reading, crochet, gardening, cooking, classical and country music, the various shades of purple, and the arts.

Anna passed away from complications following surgery. She left us too soon and is dearly missed.
