NOTES:
Her age was given as 89, which would indicate birth year of 1884 / she is listed in the 1900 census as age 18, indicating 1882. 102 First St. Blfd, Va. was the residence of her daughter, Billie, where Maggie was living after she left her home on Lorton Lick Rd, Bluewell, WV.
I've been told that house no longer exists.
This contributor had two family members who braved the cold as pallbearers for Mrs. Poe.
We called her Grannie, she was kind and gentle. It is my hope to learn of her family and link them together.
