Rex was my iguana. I got Rex in 1994 when I was in the 8th grade. I discovered that he was a she when she laid eggs in her cage. By this time, Rex was "Rex" to me, and I didn't want to change her name. She was a cool lizard and made many appearances for Vacation Bible School in the summer time.
