Bell, Blue (Miss) born c/a 1896, died 6 December 1929, Cemetery: Detroit. Location: Unmarked Norris 2 NOTES: Obit: Detroit News Herald 12 December 1929 from microfilm in the Clarksville Library; child of Mrs. J.S. Bell of Deport, who formerly lived here, died at a sanitarium at Rusk Friday last, where she had been under treatment for several years. The body was brought overland to Detroit and was laid to rest in the family lot at the Detroit Cemetery. She was 33 years old and survived by her mother, three sisters and two brothers. Obit: Deport Times. 13 December 1929, Friday, from microfilm in the Clarksville Library: Miss Blue Bell, aged 34, died Saturday at Rusk, and the remains were brought to Detroit for burial Sunday. Deceased was the child of Mrs. J.S. Bell of Paris, formerly of Detroit. She was born and reared at Detroit and had been in ill health all her life. Besides her mother, she is survived by three sisters, Mrs. T.T. Jeffus of Deport, Mrs. Albert Jackson of Paris and Mrs. Dick Bruton of Godley, and 2 brothers; Fred Bell of Detroit and Clyde Bell of Hot Springs, Ark., also 2 aunts and an uncle, Mrs. I.W. Teague, Mrs. W.A. Anderson and G.E. Day of Deport.
