Nancy M. Embick, 50, wife of Lynn W. Embick, of 2391 E. Valley Road, Loganton, Pa., passed away suddenly on Friday, June 11, 2010 at Jersey Shore Hospital.

Born on April 5, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Roy Bowersox and Anna M. (Hackenberg) Bowersox, of Kramer, Pa.

She was a 1979 graduate of Middleburg High School.

Lynn and Nancy were wed on June 2, 1990 and had celebrated 20 years of marriage together.

Nancy was an accounting clerk with Woolrich, Inc. for the past several years. She attended the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, Eastville.

She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed knitting, her family and her home.

Along with her husband and mother, she is survived by two daugthers, Emily M. and Sara at home; a brother, Ray Bowersox, Freeburg, Pa. and a sister, Ida Richards of Middleburg, Pa.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 11 a.m., in the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, Eastville, Pa. with Pastor Ken Geisewite officiating. Visitation will be held in the church on Monday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Final interment will be held in Mt. Union Cemetery, Carroll, Pa. If desired, memorials may be sent to the Mt. Union Cemetery, c/o Betty Ruhl, 134 E. Main St., Loganton, PA 17747.
