Mildred "Millie" Cooper, age 97 of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012 in Broken Arrow. She was born October 8, 1914 in Harrison, Arkansas to John & Esther (Starkey) Charles.
Millie was a member of Broken Arrow Church of Christ and was a retired Florist.
Millie was married to Fred Cooper who preceded her in 2002. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 1-brother; & 1-sister.
Those left to honor her memory are her 2-sons, Willard Cooper & wife Nancy of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, & Cliff Cooper & wife Ruth Ann of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 2-grandchildren, Scott & Bryan Cooper; 2-great-grandchildren, Grant & Sydney; 3-sisters, Lena Willis of Owasso, Oklahoma, Lorene Henderson & Jack of Coweta, Oklahoma, & Tiny Rutherford of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
