Cora A. Ramy was born at Sigourney, Iowa, March 18, 1863, and died June 18, 1911, at Manhattan, Ks. She removed from the place of her birth with parents to Kansas in 1873, she united with the Methodist church when a child. In her early life for nice years she taught school and was a successful teacher. She was married to John A. Schroder, March 4, 1890, near Holton, Kansas. They moved to Manhattan, Kansas, July, 1905. She is survived by her husband, mother, one sister and four brothers....interment was made in the Soldier Cemetery. A large number of friends and relatives attended the services, among those from a distance were the following: F. P. Ramy and wife, of Manhattan; Wiley Ramy, of Severy; Jas. Ramy of Leavenworth; Geo. Ramy and daughter, and Ross Ramy, of Holton; John Holman and wife, Vivian Nuzman and Rev. Stanley, of Circleville; Mrs Gladys Gray, of Leavenworth. Soldier Clipper, June 28, 1911
