Requiem Mass Said For E. E. Craig
Requiem.mass was said Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 9:30 a.m. for Elbert Ethuel Craig, 75, late of Jennings Lodge, who died Saturday, Aug. 16, at his home following a long illness. Rev. T. J. Bernards officiated and burial was in St. John's cemetery. Hillside Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
Born July 23, 1883 in Millersburg, Mo. Craig had lived in Jennings Lodge for the past 14 years. He was a member of St John the Apostle Catholic Church in Oregon City.
Survivors include his widow, Josephine Craig, four sons, Harry
Kinzua, 0re., Jay LeRoy, Seattle, Wash., Joseph, Oklahoma City, Okla. and Daniel, Fairfield Calif., five daughters, Mrs. Lula Woodfill, Oak Grove, Mrs. Grace Beck, Portland, Hrs Nancy Ann.Reap, Butte, Mont., Mrs Ruby McGowan, Hillsboro and Mrs. Betty McDevitt, Portland, a brother Berry Marple, Portland, 8 grandchildren and 19 great grand-
children.
