Darold Clyde Nuzman, 78, of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away surrounded by friends and family on March 14, 2014 at the VA Hospital from heart failure. He was born in Salt Lake City, April 2 1935, the first son of Clyde and Alta Butcher Nuzman. He served in the army, in Germany from January 25, 1956 to January 6, 1958, where he learned German. His love of languages continued throughout his life. Darold loved reading and he always had a book in his hand. He also traveled, especially visiting the Oregon Coast every summer. These loves are shared with his children and will continue through them. He spent his working career with the United States Postal Service, retiring in 2009 after 30 years.
Darold is survived by his daughter Jana Nuzman, son Greg (Andria) Nuzman, brother Ed (Ruth) Nuzman and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sister, Carol Ieromnimon.
A memorial service will be held Monday, March 17, 2014 at Larkin Mortuary in Salt Lake City, Utah.
