AMERICAN CHEF Homaro Cantu was an American inventor, entrepreneur, chef and molecular gastronomer. He owned and operated the Cantu Designs Firm and Moto Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois. Chef Cantu was one of Chicago’s most removed chefs who masterfully blended science and fine dining.
