Canadian Celebrity Chef. Sedlak was best-known as the host of Food Network Canada's show "The Main," and a judge on "Family Cook Off," as well as author of the Canadian bestseller cookbook, "The Main." He won a silver medal representing Canada at the World Junior Chef Challenge in New Zealand and the Food Network's Superstar Chef Challenge at age 23, before hosting his own show for four seasons. Sedlak passed away of an undiagnosed medical condition at the age of 29.
