Survivors are two sons, Cleve Godwin and Elvin Godwin, both of Tampa; two, sisters, Mrs. Lila Kersey, Pasco County; Mrs. Mathilda Smith, Tampa; three brothers, Allen Godwin, Pasco County, George Godwin, Bartow; John Godwin, Tampa.
